Urban Dance Fitness

The most popular and dynamic group class I teach is Urban Dance Fitness. This hour long dance party will have you sweating without even realizing you are working out!

Created in 2013 by Nicole Ellis, this class was born from over 25 years in the dance world coupled with her love of fitness. It is a fun and exhilarating class designed to get your body moving to Hip Hop, Dancehall, K-pop, Latin, Afro Beats, Top 40, Jazz, Contemporary, Hula, Tahitian, Cheer, Dance Teams, Salsa, Bachata and so much more.

Our dancers are encouraged to move their bodies with confidence and in a way that feels good to them. There is no right or wrong way to move in this class as long as you are having fun!

Booties Bellies and Core

Booties, Bellies and Core was co-created in 2021 by Nicole Ellis and Karyn Golgart. Inspired by the Urban Dance Fitness model, this class is set to fun high energy music and is accessible for all fitness levels. It incorporates several types of resistance bands as well as body weight exercises. It has elements of strength, stability, mobility and a variety of compound movements that are curated to provide a total body workout.
